The winners of CHIVAS SPEAR’S Russia Wealth Management Awards 2011 will be determined in several rounds:

PREPARATION OF FULL LIST OF NOMINATIONS AND NOMINEES:

From 5 September until 5 October 2011, all interested organizations and individuals will have an opportunity to nominate themselves or other organizations and individuals by filling out special applications, which will be available at the Awards website. Depending on the nomination, all participants of the Qualifying Round will be asked to provide related information on the performance of the nominees (for example, provide data on the number of Russian HNW clients, Russian HNW client assets under management in 2010-11, new Russian HNW client growth rate, etc.), as well as to submit additional criteria to help the judging panel in its evaluations.

During the same period of time additional nominee recommendations will be given by the editorial staff of SPEAR’S Russia magazine and PBWM.ru website, as well as by the Chairman of the Awards Judging Panel – SPEAR’S Russia Editor-in-Chief Alexander Gafin.

From 6 October until 7 October the Organizing Committee of the Awards will analyze all applications and announce the final list nominations and nominees.

VOTES BY PEERS:

From 10 October until 28 October 2011, the Organizing Committee will be collecting votes of professionals from private banking, wealth management and related industries in order to determine short lists of nominees in every category. The voters will be asked to select the best, second and third nominee in each category. The nominees selected will then be respectively awarded three, two and one point. As a result of this process, the final short lists will be formed.

VOTES BY THE JUDGING PANEL:

From 7 November until 10 November 2011, the short lists will be presented to the Judging Panel, which will consist of the most highly reputed and influential individuals both in the industry, as well as in society. The Judging Panel will be headed by SPEAR’S Russia Editor-in-Chief Alexander Gafin. After the Judging Panel will have voted, the Organizing Committee in cooperation with the Independent Consultant of the Awards will sum up the votes for each nominee to determine a winner in each category. SPEAR’S Russia Wealth Management Awards is monitored by PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Independent Consultant.
